If you’re having trouble signing in to your WNBA ID, whether you’ve forgotten the email linked to your account or can’t remember your password, we’re here to help you get back in quickly. Following these steps will ensure the fastest path to recovering access to your WNBA ID and WNBA League Pass.
If you also have an NBA ID associated with the same email as your WNBA ID/Account, you can sign in with your NBA ID password. Your NBA ID password is your new WNBA ID password and are the same. If you reset your password for one account, it will automatically update for the other. Use your new password the next time you sign in on either platform.
Forgotten Email
If you have forgotten the email associated with your WNBA League Pass Account, contact our support team here. The following information is needed to locate your account:
- Potential Email used to create WNBA ID / Account
- Last 4 digits of Credit Card number used for WNBA League Pass
- Billing address used for WNBA League Pass
Reset Password
If you have forgotten the password associated with your WNBA ID, click here and select the 'Account' icon (person silhouette) on the top right, to enter your email address to reset your password.
On the WNBA mobile app, select ‘Forgot your password?’ on the sign in screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Once entering your email address associated with your WNBA ID, you will receive an email to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
