Keeping track of your subscription status helps ensure you always have access to the games and features you expect, no matter where you watch. Whether you subscribed through WNBA.com or the WNBA App, you can quickly review your active subscription, renewal dates, and billing details from the account settings on your device. Use the steps below to check your subscription details.
WNBA.com
- Visit WNBA.com and sign in with your WNBA ID associated with your WNBA League Pass subscription
- Hover over the Account icon in the top‑right corner then click My Account
- Select Subscriptions from the menu
- Your subscription details will appear, including whether your plan is active, which plan you’re on, and when it renews or expires
- If you subscribed through WNBA.com, you will also see the option to manage your subscription, including the ability to Cancel your Subscription
- Your billing information will also be displayed below.
WNBA App
- Open the WNBA App on your device
- From the Home screen, tap the Account icon in the top‑right corner
- Select My Subscriptions
- You must be signed in to your WNBA ID associated with your WNBA League Pass Subscription to see subscription information
- Your subscription details will appear, including whether your plan is active, which plan you're on, and when it renews or expires
- Depending on how you subscribed, you may also see options such as Manage, See All Plans, or Restore Purchase.
- If you purchased through WNBA.com, you will need to manage your subscription on WNBA.com
