You can change or upgrade your WNBA League Pass subscription at any time. If you purchased your subscription directly through WNBA.com, simply sign in, go to your account page, and select Manage Plan next to your active subscription to make changes. If your subscription was purchased through a third‑party provider, such as Apple or Google Play, you will need to manage your plan using their support channels or subscription management tools.
If you are unable to make these changes yourself, you can also reach out to our support team here and select Change Subscription as your contact reason. Please include the information listed below so we can process your request quickly and ensure your access is updated without interruption.
When available, users can view their current subscription details and select a different plan from the options shown.
When upgrading your subscription:
- Upgrades take effect immediately.
- You will be charged a prorated amount based on the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan.
- Your new subscription benefits become available right away.
When downgrading your subscription:
- Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
- You will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Your new, lower‑tier plan will begin automatically when your next billing period starts.
Mobile/Tablet
- Launch the WNBA App on your mobile device
- Tap the Account icon in the top‑right corner of the screen
- Select My Subscription
- Your current subscription details will appear
- Select the orange Manage button under My Subscription
- Select Change Subscription
- Choose the new subscription option you’d like to switch to
- When prompted, confirm your selection by tapping Update Plan
- Once confirmed, a confirmation screen will appear indicating your subscription has been successfully updated
WNBA.com
- Launch WNBA.com in your web browser
- Hover over the Account icon in the top‑right corner of the page and select My Account
- Under My Subscription, select the orange Manage button
- Your current subscription details will appear, with available upgrade or plan options displayed below
- Select Change Subscription
- Choose the new subscription option you’d like to switch to
- When prompted, confirm your selection by clicking Update Plan
- Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation screen indicating your subscription has been successfully updated

- Launch the WNBA App on your Roku device
- Open the Account tab from the left‑hand sidebar
- Select Change Plan
- Your current subscription details will appear, with available upgrade or plan options displayed below
- Select the new subscription option you’d like to switch to
- Confirm your selection when prompted by clicking Change Plan again
- Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation screen indicating your subscription has been successfully updated
